How It Works

1. Book an Appointment — Head over to our appointment booking page, and choose one of the selected times to come in!

2. Bring in your clothing – We accept trendy, high-quality, and seasonal pieces in clean, good vintage condition in bags and not storage boxes.

3. Choose your payout – Get a higher value in store credit or take a cash payout.

4. Find new favorites – Trade your items for something new-to-you and keep fashion sustainable!

What We Accept

✔ 90s & Y2K fashion (men’s & women’s)
✔ Quality vintage & on-trend styles
✔ Accessories, bags, & shoes in excellent condition

What We Don’t Accept

✖ Fast fashion brands(target, shein, romwe, amazon brand, cotton on, urban outfitters)

✖ unsorted items, all items must be intentionally sorted

✖ items in poor condition (excessive wear, stains, holes)
✖ Undergarments or heavily worn shoes
✖ Items with strong odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

✖ Children or Junior clothing

Trade & Sell Guidelines

• We assess based on style, condition, and store needs. Not all items will be accepted.

• We do not guarantee that items will be picked in every appointment.

• We have the right to refuse an appointment if the items are excessively dirty or smell strongly.

• We cannot change the price we offer in cash or store credit.

• Items must be in bags and can not be in storage boxes or cardboard boxes.

• Payouts are offered as store credit (higher value) or cash (lower value).

• On occasion we may offer zelle instead of cash.

• Trade-in value does not include any music items and certain menswear items.

• All sales and trades are final.
